Refund policy

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted since all sales are final. We also do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
Cancellation of orders or return of items are not allowed unless the purchased item is confirmed to be defective.Β 

All orders are being meticulously packed and filmed before shipment to ensure their condition and quality.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us. Defective or incorrect item refunds are not accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please email us first with your order number, product details, an image of the defective part, and your order invoice. We will determine if the item is eligible for return and get back to you. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, we will refund the purchase price.
